Frequently Asked Questions
Answers on export, shipping, lead time and after-sales support. For choosing between hot melt and cold compaction — or sizing a machine — see the Selection Guide.
Read the Selection GuideWhich countries do you export to?
We supply foam densifying and recycling equipment to customers across Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, South America and Asia. Tell us your destination and we will quote shipping to your port.
Are voltage and documents set up for my country?
Yes. We configure voltage, documentation and shipping for your destination market, so the machine arrives ready to install and to clear customs.
Can I order a single machine?
Yes. We supply individual machines — you do not need to order a batch. Tell us your foam type and throughput and we will recommend the right single unit.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model and the options you choose. We confirm a firm production and shipping schedule with your quotation.
What warranty and spare-parts support do I get?
Every machine ships with a warranty, and we keep spare and wear parts available for the line. The exact warranty term and parts package are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I try a machine before committing?
A loaner program is available on selected models, so you can evaluate densifying your own foam before you buy. Ask us whether the model you are considering is eligible.
